NAUTITECH 48′ | LOBOS DE MAR

Cancellation: Lobos de Mar reserves the right to cancel reservations and contracted services due to unforeseen circumstances. Unforeseen circumstances are those causes external to the normal operations of Lobos de Mar that prevent the contracted service from being carried out, or that delay its departure or arrival. These include weather factors, decisions by maritime authorities, factors or circumstances attributable to the passengers of the vessel or third parties, political or health factors such as but not limited to COVID-19, strikes, closure of the marina or dock, or damage to the vessel, among others. In the event of a reservation cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Lobos de Mar will not have any liability, but is obliged to refund the User the advance payment made for the reservation confirmation. If the contracted service is canceled by the User less than 24 hours before it, Lobos de Mar will not refund the User the money paid for the reservation confirmation. The User agrees that if they cancel the contracted service within 24 hours prior to it, the entire amount paid to Lobos de Mar will be converted into a penalty payment for breach of this contract. If the User decides to cancel the contracted service within 7 days prior to its provision, 20% of the total agreed value will be retained as compensation for the contracted service, as a penalty. The rest of the money will be credited for when the User wishes to reschedule the contracted service for another date, subject to the availability of Lobos de Mar's schedule. If the User decides to cancel the contracted service more than 7 days in advance, such cancellation will not result in any fine or penalty. However, Lobos de Mar will not refund the advance payment, unless a different agreement is reached with the User in each particular case. The money that has been paid as an advance by the User will be credited for when the User wishes to reschedule the contracted service for another date, which will be subject to the availability of Lobos de Mar's schedule.
